Signa.cards provides NFC-enabled business cards and digital profile hosting. By purchasing a card, you receive a physical NFC card and access to a hosted profile page.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Signa.cards for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, or to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us license to display it on your profile. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

Signa.cards is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
