Refund Policy

Physical Card

Since Signa.cards include a physical NFC card, we can only offer refunds under specific conditions:

  • Card is defective or non-functional on arrival
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Card was damaged during shipping

Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at hello@signa.cards within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order reference and a description of the issue. We may request photos for verification.

Replacements

For defective cards, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the card has been shipped
  • Cards that have been personalized or activated
  • Damage caused by misuse

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
